What is the next step for guidance ? read 1 Kings 17 ! Have you ever read this story about Elijah Fed by Ravens (1 Kings 17) ? In a way I feel like Elijah as I was made redundant last August after working 14 years in the same company... and I still didn't find another decent job. The single most important thing you are going to do with the rest of your life I recently read an interresting book "Revolution in World Missions" from K.P. Yohannan the founder and president of Gospel for Asia. Until the whole world hears us ... God is moving powerfully on the planet today ! I usually never write anything in a blog as I don't find anything interesting to say about myself. However today I discovered Gospel for Asia (GFA) an incredible mission movement with several thousand workers in 11 Asia nations. As a western christian - BTW I live in France / Europe - I often see little change arround me, although I pray everyday for the people I know. But God is not idle ! Is the lack of worker linked to the lack of prayer ? I just learned about an incredible fact in the french evangelical landscape. France is a country were most people say they are catholic, but the truth is they are mainly nominal catholic, and they don't really know anything about Jesus. Now according to the French Evangelical Federation (FEF), half of the protestant evangelical pastors will retire in the next 5 years ! The FEF is trying a new initiative based on Matthew 9:36-38 ...
