Tragic start to a holiday weekend

Yesterday Connecticut lost Trooper 1st Class Kenneth Hall, a 22-year veteran of the Connecticut State Police, in a senseless accident on Interstate 91. Trooper Hall’s patrol was struck with him in it while he was performing a routine traffic stop. I ask you please be mindful as we head into this long holiday weekend that our troopers are on the roads keeping them safer for us, let’s give them the room to do their job.
